RATE: $ WE WOULD NEED A $250 DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR DATE (TO BE RECEIVED BY ____) AND THE REMAINDER OF $ WILL BE DUE THE NIGHT OF THE PARTY
Photo booth UP TO ___ hours included in the price (anything over hours is $50 an hour to cover ink and paper), all pics are double sided so the guests get one side each. Each guest will have unlimited pictures We can supply a photo album for only $25. The attendant will open the booth for cocktail hour (1 hr) then for _____ hours for the party. If you need additional time, simply pay the attendant the evening of. It will be $50 an hour.
Picture Perfect Mobile Sound (Herein referred to as “DJ”) and Scheduling Party agree as follows:
1. For the consideration and at the location and for the time of service above stated, Picture Perfect agrees to perform disc jockey and/or photo booth services for the Scheduling party
2. DJ acknowledges receipt of the deposit above stated and Scheduling Party agrees to pay the balance due in full at least 30 days before the event
3. Scheduling Party agrees to furnish all electricity and basic hookups to electricity necessary for the performance of the DJ and photo booth. PLEASE LET THE VENUE KNOW THAT WE WILL NEED TWO 6--8FT TABLES AND 2 CHAIRS FOR THE BOOTH.
4. THE INFLATABLE BOOTH CAN ONLY BE USED INDOORS. THE OPEN AIR BOOTH CAN BE USED OUTDOORS BUT I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE LIGHTING
5. Will client agree to offer beverages and dinner throughout the event? Please ask the venue to have 1-2 place setting for the attendant
6. Any cancellations must be made no less than 120 days prior to the date of the scheduled occasion.
All deposits are non-refundable ($250--$300). IF WE ARE GIVEN LESS THAN 120 DAY NOTICE, IT IS UP TO OUR DISCRETION ON HOW MUCH OF A REFUND OF ANY MONEY PAID OVER THE DEPOSIT YOU WILL RECEIVE DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW MUCH TIME WE ARE GIVEN. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT, A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AND YOU WILL FORFEIT THE FIRST DEPOSIT.
7. In the event that an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other inclement weather, any such rescheduling shall be at the discretion of Picture Perfect and must be re-contracted, however, money paid minus the deposit that had been paid is transferable to the new event date as long as the Picture Perfect has that date open. A new deposit will need to be paid if this reschedule is lass than 120 days. We will do everything in our power to make sure that there is a DJ/photo booth available for the new date.
PLEASE NOTE: WE PREFER TO HAVE THE BOOTH SET UP INDOORS
9. There shall be no discounts or refunds given in the event that the occasion is finished earlier than the time period stated above.
10. *PLEASE NOTE* GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED. OUR FAMILY OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS KEEPS IT’S PRICES LOW & WE COUNT HEAVILY ON YOUR GENEROUS OFFERING OF A GRATUITY TO THE DJ/PHOTO BOOTH ATTENDANTS. IT IS A WAY OF LETTING THE DJ/PHOTO BOOTH ATTENDANT KNOW THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT YOUR EVENT. IT CAN BE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE DJ/ATTENDANT AT THE END OF THE EVENING. ALL WE ASK IS THAT YOU PLACE EACH TIP IN SEPARATE ENVELOPES MARKED DJ AND PHOTO BOOTH.
13. This contract shall become effective upon its signed return by the Scheduling Party
