PHOTO BOOTH ONLY:
$450 FOR 3 HRS $250 deposit $200 due 15 days before the event
$550 FOR 4 HRS $300 deposit $250 due 15 days before the event
$650 FOR 5 HRS $350 deposit $300 due 15 days before the event
$750 FOR 6 HRS $400 deposit $350 due 15 days before the event
You have two choices of booth. We can provide a beautiful backdrop open air type. It is not enclosed but you can get up to 10 people in the picture. The prices are listed above.
The second choice is the inflatable shell (can only be set up indoors and is enclosed) IT CAN BE SET UP UNDER A TENT THAT IS AT LEAST 10 FT TALL--- THE BOOTH IS 6X6 AND 8 FT TALL--- the inflatable is $75 more
Outdoor events will require the open air type booth (not enclosed unless under a tent). This set up includes a beautiful backdrop and allows for more people to be in the pictures.
Canon camera and printer for high quality pictures---GUESTS DO SEE THEMSELVES IN BETWEEN PICS. THEY ARE PROMPTED AS TO WHEN THE PICTURE IS ABOUT TO BE TAKEN. THE ATTENDANT WILL EXPLAIN HOW EACH PICTURE IS GOING TO BE TAKEN AS WELL.
Pictures are printed at event and everyone goes home with a copy
Unlimited pics for adults-- we do have to limit the kids
FREE photo album if applicable--- all copies are placed in the photo album and you will get it at the end of the event
Prop pkgs are provided
All pics are customized with your names and in your colors
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult
If the venue is an hour or more from Indy--- there is a travel fee of $100
Cancellation policy: all deposits are non refundable. Cancellations need to be made in writing within 120 days of the event. Any money paid on your account will be refunded within 120 days as long as we have received a written 120 day notice of cancellation. If you cancel in less than 120 days, we will refund a portion of the money depending on the circumstances and the amount of notice you give us. We are not in the business to keep your money, however, we can not turn down work and hope that we can get your date re-booked within a short time frame. If you have paid your deposit and you have to reschedule your date, the deposit for your original date will be lost and a new deposit will be required as we would have lost potential business.
